Customers are responsible for providing accurate information while registering, booking or placing an order. All amounts paid for bookings and orders are non-refundable, except where specifically determined by the management in exceptional circumstances.

Customers are expected to provide their booking or order token when collecting an order or checking in for a booking. Tokens should not be shared with other persons. 99 Lunch Box is not responsible for any loss or misuse of a token caused by the customer.
